The proposed research framework analyzes demographic factors and uses network analysis to identify guidelines for siting public EV charging stations in San Francisco. The framework prioritizes equitable distribution and considers future demand growth and policy support to prevent underserved communities from being left behind in the transition to electric vehicles.
